Refund policy

RETURN & REFUNDS 

In order to comply with hygiene, health and safety regulations, we do not accept exchanges or refunds. 

Please ensure to use the size guide to help you choose the correct cap size. Wigs are non refundable so we unable to refund due to incorrect sizing. 

Customers are unable to request a refund during/after processing time. 

Refunds are not permitted on any Locked Lace Products, wigs, hair extensions or wig services. Please ensure you are certain about the item/s before purchasing.

 

Please ensure you fill in your details correctly as you will not receive a refund if your order is delivered to the wrong address or fails to deliver. Cancellation is not permitted during processing time and will not be refunded if you change your mind. 

Please note that custom charge is the responsibility of the recipient; you will not receive a refund if you chose not pay for custom fees. If items are returned to us in the incorrect format you will not receive a refund. If a refund is agreed at our discretion please note your refund will be subject to admin deductions.
