At Reine Deluxe we respect the privacy of all our users an aim to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of information shared when shopping with us. Personal information will strictly be used to fulfil the request of services and orders. Information will not be shared with a third party under no circumstances.

By subscribing to Reine Deluxe text notifications, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from us about our products and services at the phone number you provided when you subscribed, and that the messages may be sent via automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Message frequency is recurring. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to opt-out and HELP for customer support. You may receive an additional text message confirming your decision to opt-out.  You understand and agree that attempting to opt-out by any means other than texting the opt-out commands above is not a reasonable means of opting out. 

 

RETURN & REFUNDS 

In order to comply with hygiene, health and safety regulations, we do not accept exchanges or refunds. 

Please ensure to use the size guide to help you choose the correct cap size. Wigs are non refundable so we unable to refund due to incorrect sizing. 

Once payment is accepted, the sale is finalised. Customers are unable to cancel a custom wig or service during the processing time. 

Refunds are not permitted on any Locked Lace Products, wigs, hair extensions or wig services. Please ensure you are certain about the item/s before purchasing.

Please ensure you fill in your details correctly as you will not receive a refund if your order is delivered to the wrong address or fails to deliver. Cancellation is not permitted during processing time and will not be refunded if you change your mind. 

Please note that custom charge is the responsibility of the recipient; you will not receive a refund if you chose not pay for custom fees. If items are returned to us in the incorrect format you will not receive a refund. If a refund is agreed at our discretion please note your refund will be subject to admin deductions.
